shortly, out the door to buy bagels at Simit, up the street. Wholesale bagels [ they do large orders and sell the rest to peeps] We have a guest dropping by and lunch is bagels and fixings
and much to my ignorance : there is a new more adaptatable method for calculating Heart Rate Zones
the old traditional way was 220 - age and multiplied by 70 % or 80 % [ the typical boundaries for Avg Heart Rate ] during a workout.
the new improved estimate is 208 - .7 [ age ] times the 70 % or 80 % boundaries
much to my chagrin, the ' new ' way raises the values.
however, my ultimate decider was always ' a good sweat '
that will not change.
Bagels were a hit w / all. And the price is remarkable as well - 6 for $ 5
Oh. Or new house helper will do weeding too.
Not my favourite job.
