🥍..... ' boro is getting a wetting. Not torrential but steady. Typical, hot steamy turning to rain
Last night, the girls promised that I wouldn't have to deal w / masses of leftovers. Almost everything got ' doggy bagged ' and taken. We have a veggie tray, shrimp and rice.
The rice was my fault. I cooked it late and forgot it anyway.
Well, I love leftover rice. [ I suppose if I don't say that, it would be worse ]
OK coffee and typing. And listen to the pouring rain.
last night, warmth and rolling laughter. Stories of Leacock , a bit. Mostly, travels and work.
exercise is done. and so am I. Sunday was rail moving day [ I did try and be useful ], dug out stones and grass. Fetched tools, shucked corn and prepped the steaks. Rode shotgun on the trip to replace bolts that failed on the rails.
