typing ans coffee [ two days old ] the new stuff is burbling out there
the neighbour cleaning lady [ must be a nicer way of describing the arrangement - helper - yes, our neighbour helper ] is coming again.
On the pain control front. Using a cream on the knee. today, a massage and cream on the thigh - result is much lessened pain or discomfort. a tad of disbelief really but if it works . ....... Bonus !
our neighbourhood helper arrived and is on bathroom duty
follow up. we've dropped the monthly cleaning service and will go w / helper system. obviously, a trial and see process
