the view is, sunny and the Eternal Blue is hazy up there WARM and Humid w / a break tomorrow.

Exercise happened and I survived however trying to lower myself to a bench - the bench moved sideways.. . Ouch !
dinner was microwave and air fryer [ crisp and brown finish ] Left over shrimp and small potato pieces. I'm getting good at the timing for crispy potatoes
