followup for yesterday which was buckets of rain. to green the lawns.
highlight was that we got the house ducts cleaned. the head tech guy said that we need a little more frequent cleaning [ as in 10 yrs is a little long between go s ]

I purchased some ' drought resistant ' and sun loving grass blend. Tall fescue and other hardier seed
But to kick start the re - growing, the boulevard will need watering regularly. Rain is forecast come Thursday or so, however til then I' water faithfully
