Cyprus is on the minds of many in the world of finance and political relationships e.g. in the EuroZone.
The consensus is that the Big 3 banking authorities EU, EuroBank and the IMF have taken a strong almost over-powering view of the Cypriot banking system or lack thereof.
Actually, yesterday's entry here might have erred on the side of optimism. The ramifications of what goes on in or to Cyprus may change the way the world views the EU and banking.
Germany wanted a hard-headed approach b/c there will be German elections and Germany has no appetite for bail-outs ad infinitum.
The weather is sunny but on the cold side.
Saturday is an all-kitchen day, for some reason. Muffins in the morning, then soup and now cannelloni are coming out of the kitchen.
Sunday post-dinner
Soup was miso soup w/ bak choy , tofu and seaweed - very good.
Muffins were on the sweet side ( didn't really measure, as usual )
Cannelloni was exremely tasty but I had nothing to do with that, M was in charge.
However, I did make dinner Saturday night - a stir fry w/ 3 minute noodles that worked out great.
