The News : Syria. embedded journalists say that action is coming to point where the Federales will have to cede important positions in and around Damascus. If the city is surrendered , there may not be much of a fall back position for Gov't troops.
The cities that they mention, Damascus and Dara are all names from ' Lawrence of Arabia ', so thats kind of neat. Except that they're killing as many people as in the movie.
