A convivial evening out if you discount the drive. We headed north .... and north ... and north. We travelled some 22 K to Aurora.
Our friends ( she is M's fellow teacher and he is my dentist, ) met through us. Yep, matchmaker.something, thats we. Oh ! the intertwinings of life.
Its been 4 years, and they have not forgotten that our efforts brought them to-gether. Thus, we got dinner in a small mansion.
I would say the decor is Rococo but then I know zippo about styles. Its pretty.
Salmon and cute veggies were served. Salmon was tres delicious. This entree after we watched ' Salmon Fishing in the Yemen ', very apropos.
Marvellous evening out.
BTW- if they're salmon fishing in Yemen they're holding an AK - 47 in the other hand or a RPG.
Dead, or close to it was how I felt yesterday, 2 nights out and wango, was I beat.
Slept like a ' guy who stayed out late for 2 nights ' and awoke refreshed at least temporarily.
Printer sagas continue, as I venture next door to hook up a new printer ( if you're keeping score this is # 4 printer ). Apparently, the cost of new cartridges for the Epson colour jobby were going to be $ 200 ( 7 colours ) so Mr C bought a new bubble. jet.
