This policy would include sloppy Joe, Sheppard's pie etc
Lately, tho ' , I've been buying lean beef mince from the Butcher Shoppe in the plaza
Not sure if this is a radical turn around or logical re - assessment
I've decided that I want to make smash burgers. Previously, I mixed ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and soy sauce even letting the beef marinate. OR
Buying pre - made frozen patties
Now, it's lean mince into the pan then season salt and pepper cooking onion s on the side flip and top w / cheese
