Our change is steeped in Br history ( I think b/c there are so many stories that seem to explain the reasons )
However, we lose an hour's sleep.
Evidence says that the worst time change is the one in the fall when dark hours of driving produce an increase in accidents.
This time change coupled w/ unsure traction on the roads w/ wet and leaves, is a problem.
