And a field trip to Lehmans, a non-electric back to simple store
It was a 30 min drive into Amish Country
but worth the drive to Kidron, OH
Lehmans is a barn like structure, extensive w/ sections for kitchen, farm, crafts and household chores. Canning, knitting, heaing etc.
I found a sale on line and went to Kidron for a Memphis BBQ Tool, regular $ 45 but reduced to $ 11. A solid hinged implement able to scrape racks, lift racks and plane off grease from flat surfaces. I quite imagine, a real weapon as well - to fight raccoons and other BBQ invaders.
