P.S. sanded down the deck - getting ready for staining. And this time will be the last for these boards - new boards or new deck.
The deck is 20 yrs old. Parts are still solid but I've replaced or recycled 4 - 5 boards ( b/c I'm cheap ) already and 3 pieces of rail.
