I called the Telcom and they sent a tech out right away. The upshot is our house has too much concrete < walls in the basement and basement ceilings > The tech levelled and said ' originally, the installer should not have left w/ signal strength so poor in the basement. The tech kindly added a signal relay in the basement and reset the house.
We shall see said the Zen Master. BUT, Mr Tech left his cell #. thus, if things go south b/c of what he added or didn't add ' call me, this isn't your doing ' NEAT.....
