A busy day starts at 7 AM, shopping at Superstore. Only the essentials ( beer, Triscuit, cheese ) and autre chois

I began pan bread at 11 A then exercised, punched down the dough and did the second rise. 

Mayhaps, a little too long on the front side. A teeny bit dark ish brown ( OK - burnt a touch)
