...... the last refuge of the unimaginative " Oscar Wilde
And that man did have an imagination and was wild
Me , not so much.
The weather is GWN winter but way colder than average. Our average is the freezing point give or take - mostly take.
Gray skies and the machines are trying to get us back to driveable roads.
And it gets colder in a day
I was out shovelling yesterday. First , the back deck to facilitate the placement of a ladder. The ladder to clear the skylights in the kitchen ceiling - more light
Then , the back patio in front of the glass doors. The steel roof lets massive amounts of snow - likely a driveway's worth to fall onto the patio stones. I move the snow away from the patio to ensure the melt moves to the lawn first and not the sill of the windows.
As well ,the sun never reaches the patio stones in winter or spring.
Mission accomplished.
The Oscars are to - night. Noper , I don't watch. Reason #1 , we rarely have seen any of the selections - this year , 3 , Imitation Game , Boyhood and the Grand Budapest.
Couldn't care a fig , except to voice my tuppence worth of opinion in social situations. We are not media savvy or anything savvy
I think that I mis numbered the blogs , this is # 998
1000 postings. We will need to ponder this
As I've noted , most blogs die an ignominious death , through expediency in this modern life , or maybe , the blogger sees the less than righteous or valuable need for the blog
OK , boyo , whats your excuse
Dunno , I look forward to the process
