Canada is # 16 in the world , health rankings. Way ahead of the U.S. at 50 out of 55. This ranking is despite 17.3 % of GDP spent on health.
Hong Kong led w/ a 83 yrs of age , life expectancy.
You don't want to live in Russia w/ a 70 yr average life expectancy.
