awake and thinking
never good that
" I was thinking " does not end well, usually [ around here ]
this day clouded over as the noon passed
still, a great recovery day
highlight of the day - exercise [ 600 Cal and near 50 minutes ]
recommendations are seniors 130 min of moderate exercise per week
and large muscle usage to perk up blood flow - burns more calories too !
I decided that this post needs to end w/ a positive or joyful item
" accentuate the positive
eliminate the negative "
