Weather : All would seem to be as yesterday. 73 F and sunny , very humid. Apparently, there is a sea change coming. We had downpours last night , and the temp will drop to-morrow. The week will start 65 - 70F for 4 days , little chance of rain.
The plan , find things to eat that I like but are nutritious and can help w/ weight loss. Yep , decided to try and do some intelligent eating.
