This is our second day of hot , 90 +. I hibernated , yesterday and will hibernate aussi aujourdhui.
Apparently , this is our hottest day in 2 years. We could expect 2 - 3 sessions of HH , sticky and uncool in a year but not lately.
In the news , a boy of 1 1/2 y.o. , stepped out of the splash pad and onto a metal cover for a service tunnel and got second degree burns
Our Cdn dollar is really down vs. the greenback
$400 Cdn bought $317 U.S. Our economy is resource based and linked strongly to the price of oil. Oil down , Canada down. This means jobs and productivity. BTW , our min wage is way higher than the States and even w/out union input , all wages are relatively high.
OK Keep your cool , while others around you are losing theirs
