The day is running at 40 F w/ overcast conditions and rain is due. Clearing will occur over the night.
Improvements around our place incl a stairlift, the driveway was coated w/ sealer and the gap created by the waterproofing dig was asphalted over.
In my mind, appearances around the front were greatly changed by the driveway upgrade.
