Pilots ??? Well , at the time , the fledging flight industry was trying to deliver the mail. and Wiley Post was a good and long time friend of WR.
He lampooned the government relentlessly. WR reported that the senate was considering a fund to provide food for the public in need. Their response shocked him - you see it would set a bad precedent , feeding the poor.
And nothing has changed , noticed that did ya'
Peach Jello is large on my mind , as I'm letting it cool right now.
