On the fitness front , the Timex heart rate monitor has now passed into the realm of totally unreliable. I pressed start at least 5 times before a pulse registered ( yes , I was breathing ) and the average HR finished out at 165 and max was 195 ( no heart attack )
My new or latest purchase is en route via Canada Post.

Ready for pick up at the Post Office as we were out and the postie dude left a notice
