I've been out to clear the down spouts b/c water was pouring over the eavestrough.
The Chia pet project. I'm getting about a teaspoon of chia seeds and weight loss is negligible ( but I'm eating lots )
However , on the poop front - its great . Regular and easy. I'll say no more.
