The semi big news in T.O. is an advisory that the Don Valley Parkway or the Eastern highway route into the city might need to be closed b/c of rising water in the neighbouring Don R.
The DVP got closed 4 yrs ago b/c of flooding. In that instance , trains were stuck in the water when they ceased operations
Rain is the order of the day
mega rain
and the ground is saturated
