today. Asian style
fried shrimp, appetizers - sort of a casual brunch type thing

a family tradition developed at home WHEN my brother decided that he could make the best southern fried chicken

and he did. he was meticulous about this job
the best policy was to stay out of the kitchen

results were stellar

I'm making the fried shrimp and hoping for at least decent results
going in my favour

its battered and fried

rolled in flour and  some Shake n' Bake

moist. tasty.
a fine coating [not puffy or heavy ]

plus. sausage rolls [ we think its a wiener ] and egg rolls  ...... a lot of rolls
