This AM ,we called the company and talked to a voice that was a person. We re - spoke the activation # and activation code , exactly as before
then ' turn off your phone for 2 hrs , and send a request for your balance , this will tell if your port worked '
TURN OFF the phone !!!!
Where was that in the voice system instructions
