💨 discovered that I was still revved up from yesterday - angst and all
and early morning took gravol [ anti nausea meds ]
turns out that I stayed groggy til 1 PM
I don't do well on meds
days is cool but really jacket weather. sun came thru in bursts
however, the air feels unsettled. dampish and windy at times
summary - a fine fall day
showers and cooler for tonight
