Yepper , the Estonian government is offering E- citizenship
A person goes on line , fills out the form , pays a 100 GBS ( pounds ) and goes to the Estonian Embassy for an interview.
If accepted , you get Estonian citizenship , a EU passport and access to Estonian ( read , EU , here ) bank accounts. If your a business , then your business is registered in Estonia.
Right now , 13 000 people are E citizens and Estonia wants 10 million.
