To -day is the rubber match
And I got three drinks ' vodka / soda and a splash of cranberry ' , tres refreshing ( cost a dollar for the tip )
I get to swim , here , nice but small pool facility. I bring neoprene socks b/c the pool bottom is hard on my feet. I gave up swimming for 1/2 h and instead , alternate - front crawl / walk lengths / back crawl / walk backwards for the 1/2 h.
The straight swim was boring and plus my legs have to work when I walk. The half hour goes by pretty quick
