Finished my workout about 15 min ago and cooling down. I need approx 30 min to cool down or I step out of the shower sweating - then why shower ?

This version is WBR or Welcome Back Routine.
Welcome Back b/c it seems whenever I'm away, this is the first day routine.
A        2 min warm up on the elliptical
B        push ups 20 w/ 30 sec elliptical, 4 X
C        20 # barbell, chest raise 15 w/30 sec ellip, 4x
D                             curls          15 w/30 sec ellip, 4x
E                             bent raises  16 w/30 sec ellip, 4x
F                             back raises   15 w/30 sec ellip, 4x
G      #5 hand weight alternate arm swings 12 w/ 30            sec ellip  4x
H    small hand weight punches / back reach 12 w/ 30
      sec ellip
I     lacrosse stick arm swings and ball pick up for              approx 45 sec
ride elliptcal 45 sec
J    bench form leg and arm raises alternating 30 each
ride elliptical
K   angled body arm swings - 30 each side
45 sec elliptical
L    wrist grips 15 times w/ 7 sec rest while                         ellipticking x 3
M   resistance band row - 15 w/ 7 sec rest - 3x
ride elliptical 45 sec
N    resistance band leg and arm swings 30 on left
       30 on right
ride elliptical 45 sec
O    resistance band side arm raises 30 left and right
ride elliptical 45 sec
P     leg raises 40 w/ head off ground  x 3
