Hurricane Fades

The ' Hurricane ' is Rubin Carter , boxer, prisoner and reformer
Carter finished his days here in T.O. fighting for the release of convicted persons based on mis-trial or contradictory evidence
In fact , his dying request was to work on the release of another prisoner
Carter served over 20 yrs before his conviction was over-turned

Weather : sunny , warm but a cool wind still
beutii anyway

Blazing sore throat , during the night. Sucked on a Cepacol lozenge during the later morning and went to fallback position on waking - gargling w/ salt water. The salt water is old school.....

..... but I think that I got the sore throat under control.... it only hurts a little

A little aside here : salt water is the nasal rinse and gargle mixture
for me , all purpose kill the bad guys stuff
