A problem that has remained from my early teens
In the last 15 years or so, I've basically needed to wash out my sinuses daily starting in late October - straight thru til March.
I discovered the impaired sinuses after getting massive headaches. Sharp blockbuster head bombs.
Reduced to tears, I was shopped around to specialists.
Diagnosis - poor vision or more accurately inability to focus.
Until - Dr Setsu < female opthamolgist > spoke up and said " does your nose drip like that when you have a headache "

A prescription for nasal spray - that subsequently became OTC - now called Otrivin
I gave up on nasal sprays when father said that he got a nosebleed. Dad was using Otrivin < I wonder where my blocked sinuses came from, says he >. Dad was inhaling saline to clear his sinuses
