But we are cooking a turkey
Well, pieces of turkey w/ stuffing
The basic idea is marinated turkey breast and thigh pan fired to brown. The turkey will go on top off the stuffing. Foil tent the whole shebang and oven away
The idea was to have our own turkey but not 2 days in a row e.g. Xmas Day and Boxing Day ( DE 26 in Canada ). We get turkey the 26 th every year at the cousins.
On target for 6 Pm menu : turkey, stuffing, sweet potato, rice and peas ( ? things still in flux, here )
Cold is the ruling factor today. Big white puffs are falling
