Yes, the nickname for the elusive, perhaps extinct Ivory Billed Woodpecker. AIH, as it is called, has featured interviews w/ ornithologists, twitchers and poets. Poets ?
Apparently, the focus on the woodpecker, attracted the interest and inspiration for a poet and writer.
The title of the novella is, the ' Lord God Bird '. A Nova Scotian artist kept track of the interviews and created a story highlighting the LGB.
Lets summarize the day. I can still drive. There is a place to relax. My boat is stored inside. Boat ran like a charm.
