' Simply Living..... its Sunday '

The sun is blue-ing up the sky w/ a temperature of 16 that feels like 9. Somehow we get to 29 F this afternoon. And rise to above 32 for several days. However, rain is coming ' off and on ' for 2 days

Last night, we cooked a ' pot roast ' in the oven. The cut was eye of round - an oval muscle group - not the tenderest choice but covered for 2h 15m not bad. The recipes suggested covered on the stove w/ liquid. In the oven it is easy..... let the sucker sit there

I'm writing now with a pen trying the touchscreen [better that typing.] More creative for sure. almost fun Well,little things amuse little minds.

Now, we have proof !
